As individuals, we all struggle with various issues that develop at different stages in our lives. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together on mutually agreed upon goals; to help you experience more joy in your life. We will work to your strengths and abilities to problem-solve and assess, along with increasing self-compassion; that will encourage you to accept situations while empowering you to make the decisions that help guide your life in the direction that you choose. Some of the challenges we will work on can include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, life transition, self-esteem, work-life balance, workplace stress and burn out, stress management, chronic pain, grief and loss, loneliness and parenting, dating and relationships.
